CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER INFORMATION

All prices in this shop exclude VAT at 17.5%
SHIPPING
Shipping depends how quick you want it and where you are located. We do not profit from shipping and charges are at our cost. Shippers are either Citylink or Amtrak.
WARRANTY
Each product is fully guaranteed by Av4business ltd. Complete warranty is included with each product. The Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective item or parts at our cost.

CANCELLATION

On all items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it complete with all packaging and included items for an upgrade or a refund. You must inform us of your intention to do so by email, fax, or letter within 7 days of your delivery date (contact details are below). We will then arrange an upgrade or refund the purchase price within 14 days of you notifying us of your intentions. You will need to send the item back at your own cost. We can arrange collection for you for £25 but you may find it cheaper to arrange your own shipping, please do not forget to insure the item as we cannot be responsible if it arrives damaged. Outside this "Cooling Off" period there may be a re-stocking fee of up to 25% (at our discretion) of the invoiced value to cover our costs of examining and repackaging the returned item. By law we are unable to sell the items returned as new and therefore they will be sold as "B Grade" at a reduced price.

RETURNS
To return an item, first obtain a RMA by sending us an email at sales@av4business.com with your name, item, and order number if you know it or you can obtain a RMA number by phone by calling 0844 357 7820 or fax on 0844 357 6870. We will issue an RMA number and the address to send returns (see below). Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

What it Means?

Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode give extra confidence when buying online. If your card issuer (Bank) subscribes to this then when you finally enter your card details and buy a box (directly from your bank) will pop up asking you for your password. (THIS IS NOT YOUR CHIP AND PIN NUMBER). If you have not registered a password before you will have to create one. This will ensure that, in future, you can have the confidence that a lost or stolen card cannot be used by anyone else. Like your pin number never reveal this password to anyone else and do not use one that anyone else can guess.

Secure Server?

The secure server is running with state of the art 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Customer information is protected at all times - from buy page to checkout. All personal information you provide when purchasing online is encrypted. As soon as you press Buy Goods a new window opens on the secure part of our website where you enter your address. Once you click submit order you are taken to "Secure Trading" their website then takes you card details. At no time do we see any of these details.

How to tell?

You can distinguish a secure page from a non-secure one by looking at the golden lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser if you are using Internet Explorer or in the address bar on IE7 also in the upper right hand part of the toolbar in Netscape. Both of these icons denote that you are on a secure server. Additionally, URLs on secure servers begin with "https://" instead of the non-secure "http://".
